Improved AI chat responsiveness with statistics caching, agent configuration caching, RAG search caching, provider health checks, and async token logging, reducing typical response times significantly.

Redesigned the time tracking and performance pages with stronger UX, persistent timer behavior after refresh, better reporting layouts, and streamlined navigation into settings while keeping the header clock widget available.

Fixed KPI access control so employees only see their own performance, managers only see direct reports, and admins retain full team visibility. Added proper backend and frontend enforcement for scoped reporting.
